It is very important for you to know that Solatinotours.com is always trying the best to avoid any extra charges for cancelations or changes. In case it is unavoidable please note that the following restrictions and terms will apply:
RESERVATION POLICIES
Rates listed are valid at the time of inquiry and are subject to change. They are subject to change and will only be honored as shown on the website if the service requested is confirmed by means of charge to your credit card and a voucher from us with a confirmation number.
By making a reservation you give us your authorization to run the corresponding charge on the Paypal account you provided and by doing so you declare to have full knowledge of our reservation and payment policies, disclaimer and cancellation policies. No confirmation can be issued until full payment for the requested service has been made. Please note that this verification and confirmation process normally takes up to 48 hours.
All reservations are subject to availability at the moment of your request. Occasionally, some tours may sell out before your reservation is processed by the tour provider. In such an event, you will be offered the options of rescheduling the excursion selected or a full refund.
In order to avoid any inconveniences, please make a printout of your reservation voucher and have it ready to present to the tour guide at the start of your Excursion. Should you need to make a change to a confirmed reservation be needed, please contact your travel consultant and have your reservation and/or confirmation number on hand. We strongly suggest reading the CANCELLATION POLICIES section. Any changes are subject to availability and rate adjustments when necessary. Our CANCELLATION POLICIES are applicable at all times without exception.
PAYMENT POLICIES
The amount corresponding to your reservation will be immediately charged to your Paypal account. Please bear in mind that your Paypal account will show "Solatino Tours & Travel” as the company responsible for the charge. Paypal accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discovery.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
Reservations cancelled more than 2 days prior to excursion date are subject to a charge of 20% of the total amount of the reservation.
Cancellations or changes made within 2 days prior to arrival date or no shows are 100% non-refundable.
CHANGE POLICY
An administrative fee of up to $10.00 USD will be charged for each change. This charge is per Reservation (i.e. excursion date or passenger name changes).
REDEMPTION INSTRUCTIONS
With the final confirmation of your excursion, we will send you a voucher that you should print out and present it to the tour guide at the beginning of the excursion!
